Two games in a row, the Reds blew leads to the Pirates (yes, the Pirates) but still managed to come away with wins. Votto's walkoff on Saturday night was great and definitely keeps him in MVP talks. Cordero (who's supposed to be our great saver) blew it badly this afternoon, surrendering 3 runs in the ninth.
The Reds really need to start playing like a first place team. Winning two close ones and losing one to the Pirates is not how a first place team plays. Well, hopefully the Dbacks can boost the Reds' confidence seeing as we swept them less than a month ago.
