Back up 7 games in the NL Central

The Reds beat the Brewers in a tough one tonight 5-2.

In the eighth, tied at 2, OCab singled, Votto hit a towering homer and Rolen followed with a homer of his own. Very nice stuff there. Votto is hitting .457 against Milwaukee and Rolen is hitting .480 against them. That is very impressive. What's not so impressive is Brandon Phillips' .132 average since coming back from a sore hand.

Some pitching notes...
Cordero pitched a perfect ninth and Chapman retired both of his batters in the eighth and hit 100 mph. It's good to see Homer Bailey is doing alright after leaving with dizziness last time he started.

Volquez vs Dave Bush tomorrow.
